Greeter Falls Campground offers 50 campsites (RVs, Yurts, Tents) within 5 areas (A-E) amidst its 23 acres timberland retreat. Area E (ABRI) is reserved for the exclusive use of:
- Workamping Staff – Volunteer workers who receive an RV site and amenities in exchange for part-time work around the campground
- Gold Star Family Guests staying in our Honor and Remember RV on a complimentary basis
- Long-Term Tenants – Applicants who want to maintain a woodsy retreat – to work from and/or escape to
There are only 8 RV sites total within all of Area E. Consequently, space and availability are extremely limited. Occasionally, as seasonal workampers come and go or our long-term tenants move on, a site(s) open up. Currently, we have 2 sites – #82 & #85 – available. Both are pull-through type sites.
Area E has its own private Bathhouse and Laundry, Community Center, Dog Park, Walking Trails, and Recreation area. These facilities are not shared with our campground guests at large.
Monthly rental rates range from $750 to $800 per month plus metered electrical service @15 cents per KWH. Rental rate includes Water, Wifi, Trash, a weekly pump-out service and free access to all campground amenities and activities. Typical tenancy is between 6 months to a year.
Please note: we are not a trailer park. In order to maintain the integrity of the small ABRI community area, we are very selective about all applicants – both workampers and long-term tenants.
That being said, ABRI is an ideal place for your second home (RV style), a great alternative location from which to work remotely, or a regular week-end get-away from city life and city strife.
