The Benefits of Having the Campground to Yourself
Exclusive Use of the Main Campground
Your group enjoys exclusive access to contracted guest accommodations and shared facilities, allowing you to plan activities and gatherings without sharing the main guest areas with unrelated campground visitors.
Dedicated Concierge Service
Two designated team members provide staggered concierge coverage for approximately 12–14 hours each day of a full-campground takeover. They are your point of contact for questions, firewood and supplies, facility access, maintenance coordination and unexpected issues. Smaller Village and sectional bookings have separately agreed guest-service arrangements.
Campground Store & Grill
The campground store and grill will be available during your private stay, including Friday, Saturday and Sunday during designated hours. Extended access can be arranged for three-night and longer full-campground packages. Firewood, ice, snacks, beverages, camping supplies and other merchandise are available for purchase. Greeter Grill service is available during scheduled hours or by advance arrangement.
Gathering Spaces, Performances & Outdoor Activities
Enjoy contracted pavilions, the community campfire area, performance stage, Nature Center, playgrounds and recreational facilities. Organize shared meals, meetings, worship services, ceremonies, performances, vendor activities and celebrations, subject to your approved event plan.
Greeter Falls & Savage Gulf State Park
Located less than half a mile from Greeter Falls Trailhead, the campground offers convenient access to waterfalls, swimming areas, hiking trails and the natural beauty of Savage Gulf State Park.
Spend the day exploring the surrounding wilderness, then return to your private campground for an evening around the fire or a shared meal with your group.
Planning Your Group’s Accommodations & Event Capacity
Full-campground takeovers: Events involving approximately 250–300 overnight and day guests may be considered, depending on the approved campground configuration.
Private Village: Ten furnished yurts and the planned group lodge can accommodate approximately 40–50 overnight guests.
