Campground Amenities

Greeter Falls Campground provides a timberland retreat adjacent to Savage Gulf State Park; only a short walk to three nearby waterfalls and a swimming hole.  Besides, offering over 70 campsites, including Full-Hook up pads for RVS and Travel Trailers, Furnished Cabins & Yurts for Glampers, an Activity Center for Large Parties and Primitive Tent Campsites for individuals and families, we have endeavored to provide lots of Amenities that will make your camping experience more enriching.

Brand New for Fall (August 15, 2025). We have just completed a major renovation of all our 30 RV /Camper sites. Newly Blacktopped and leveled sites and expanded common areas with picnic tables and fire rings.  12 are over 40′ long, able to accommodate the largest rigs.

Brand New for 2025: We are excited to announce a new lodging option: Furnished Cabins /Tiny Homes in Area F. These 6 efficiently designed living spaces bring an extra measure of comfort and convenience to the Rustic camping experience. Each 16 x 16 Cabin has heavy-duty plank flooring with tongue & groove walls/ceiling.

New! We’ve added a 2nd Bathhouse and Pavilion in Area B (The Village). With our 10 large furnished yurts, this private 3 acre retreat (Area B) is perfect for large groups (up to 60).

NEW! We host a Community Campfire around dusk on Saturdays.  Free marshmallows and roasting sticks provided.  All musicians are welcomed (and encouraged) to come and share your talent!

Two Public Bathhouses: All with Heat and A/C. At our main campus (Area C): 2 toilets and 2 showers for both men (plus urinal) and women. At the Village (Area F): 2 showers in both men & womens, plus 3 toilets in womens & 2 in mens. Both provide 24 hour access with keyed entry codes for campers. There is a 3rd bathhouse in Area E reserved for staff and long-term guests.

Outdoor Showers and Rinse Stations are available both in Area A (Primitive Tents) and Area B (Village Yurts).

Dishwashing Stations with Hot & Cold Water are located next to the bathhouse in Area C – the main campus and also at the Area F Bathhouse..

Three High Speed Gig Fiber Wi-Fi Networks:. The Main hub of our 24/7 High Speed Access is located in Area C. The mesh network also extends throughout most of Area B, D. Areas E & F each have their own private 1 fiber mesh network.

Dog Parks: A great “meet and greet” area for happy hounds.  It’s rustic and fun. The largest public dog park is on the main campus. But there are two other public dog parks, one each in Area B and F. There are also 4 RV sites that have their own private dog park.

Kids Play Areas: Featuring Ninja Obstacle Course, Swings, Hammocks, Sand Box and Picnic Tables.  There are two; the primary one at the main campus (Area C) and a secondary one at the Village (Area B).

Activity Center: Keyed Access and free to guests. Large Screen TV & Sound bar, DVDS, books, crafts, and games (upon request). The Activity Center may also be booked for parties and meetings for a small fee. Includes folding tables and chairs. Maximum occupancy is 18.

Scheduled Activities: Include Musical Performances, Craft Time, Rock Painting, Movie Nights, Group Camp Fires, and Community meals (TBD)

Community Meeting Area: Located at Area C includes a group fire circle, chairs, picnic tables and stage.

Two 20 x 30 Community Pavilions:  one on our main campus with 6 large picnic tables.  A great place to hang-out, gather in inclement weather and a staging location for our community events.  We’ve also added a 16′ x 12′ Stage for visiting musicians and performers. There is also a 2nd 20 x 30 community pavilion located in Area B (the Village).

Campground Store: Carries many camping and hiking essentials and sundries as well as a variety of drinks and snacks. There are also branded Greeter Falls Campground Items; Tee-shirts, Koozies, wrist bands and camp chairs.  There is also a handful of toys and games for sale. Store hours are 9 -11 and 2-6 Sunday through Thursday. 9-8 on Friday and Saturday. Come by and get a free trail map and sticker.

Firewood and Ice: are available at our campground store during normal (posted) operating hours. Ice is $4 per 7 pound bag and Firewood is $8 per bundle, or 3 for $20.

Campground Grill (Snack Shop): Open on the weekends (Friday – Sunday)

RV Dump Station: Self-serve and free to use for our guests. Open 24/7
