Since we returned to Nashville in early March 2021 from our winter migration in Florida, we’ve been working on developing the land.
The local water company in town turned me on to a contractor who had worked for them for 15 years before striking out on his own. He and the other contractors he’s brought along have been doing a wonderful job. They’ve been roughing out the roads along with preparing for electrical and water installations.
A dear neighbor couple have become good friends, helping me survey the 20 lots and re-paint the subdivision entry signs. There are some really good folks down in Grundy County. Honest, hardworking and straight forward.
There are four signs to the two entrances to the neighborhood (established in the 1980’s), a V-shaped double at both locations. We just got the first two signs back up. (April 2021)
