Tent Camping

We maintain 17 primitive (rustic) tent camp spots, all less than a 1/2 mile walk to the Greeter Falls Trailhead and four waterfalls.  All our sites are ensconced within the dense woodland wilderness within two 3-4 acre sections (on either side of Greeter Falls Road North). Consequently, density is less than 3 sites per acre versus the national average of 10. Each tent site has a level pad, accompanying fire ring and cooking grill. Pads and trails hewn to the each site are cleared and regularly maintained.  See Map. Check Site Specs.

Primitive Tent Camping Sites can be reserved for only $19.75-$29.75 per day ($15.80 – $23.80 with the 20% HEROES Discount). Applicable state and local fees & taxes apply. Solo /duo sites comfortably accommodate 1-2 persons. Group/Family camp sites comfortably handle at least 4, with a maximum of 6.  Daily rates respectively reflect up to 2 campers on the solo/duo sites and up to 4 on the family/group sites. Additional campers, if allowed at the particular site, will be charged an additional $5 per person, per day.

Sites #1 – #12 (Area A) are on the East side of Greeter Falls Road north, and are reserved for solo or duo campers.

Sites #21 – #25 (Area B) are on the West side and offer larger camp sites, ideal for groups and families.

Site #28 In addition, Area B offers a group compound area with 4 permanent military style 4 season tents and accessories.

Please note: We are a pet friendly campground. Up to two well behaved pets are allowed at no charge at all our campsites. If allowed, additional pets will be assessed a fee of $5 per pet per day. Site Specifics can be found here.
